OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

Please ensure that you read these Terms carefully. If you think that there is a mistake, please contact us to discuss, and please make sure that you ask us to confirm any changes in writing to avoid any confusion between you and us.

We consider that these Terms and Conditions constitute the whole agreement between you and us.

If we are unable to supply you with the Services, we will inform you of this and we we will refund the amount paid.

These Terms will become binding on you and us when we receive payment for the Services, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

 

CHANGES TO ORDER OR TERMS

We may revise these terms and conditions however a service that has already been purchased will only be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

You may cancel the contract for the Services at any time. In such cases refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.

 

PROVIDING SERVICES

We will make every effort to complete the Services within a reasonable time frame. However, there may be delays due to an Event Outside our Control.

We will need certain information from you that is necessary for us to provide the Services. If you do not, after being asked by us, provide us with this information, or you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information, we will not be able to start or continue the service until we receive such information. In extreme cases this may be cause for cancellation without refund on our part. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance where you have not provided this information to us within a reasonable time frame after we have asked.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of our services begin once correct information is provided to us and payment is successful. It ends once deregistration has taken place.

After deregistration you retain the right to access information we hold about you. This may be subject to security checks.

If any issues arise after the deregistration date you can contact us, however if the issue in question is unrelated to the return we completed or arose from incorrect information being sent to us by you then we hold no obligation to assist you with these matters. In these situations we may offer to assist you for payment.

If the issue arisen is related to the return we completed and did not arise from incorrect information being sent to us then we may assist you for no additional payment subject to the matter.

 

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICES

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Services not carried out with reasonable skill and care. You should contact us in the first instance in order that we can endeavour to remedy the situation. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the Services will be set out in our price guide in force at the time we confirm your Order. Fees charged for assistance as outlined in our scope of service will be subject to a quote on a case by case basis.

Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders that we have confirmed with you. Prices of our Services are shown exclusive of VAT.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are legally responsible for:

(a)    Ensuring that your self assessment tax returns are correct and complete;

(b)    Ensuring all information provided to us is accurate and complete; and

(c)    Making payment of tax on time. Failure to do this may lead to automatic penalties, surcharges and /or interest. We are not liable to such charges.

 

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside our Control.

An Event Outside our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an Event Outside our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms:

(a)    we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

(b)    our obligations under these Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside our Control. Where the Event Outside our Control affects our performance of Services to you, we will restart the Services as soon as reasonably possible after the Event Outside our Control is over.

 

OUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

We may cancel the contract for the Services at any time. Refunds in such cases are subject to our refund policy.

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use the personal information you provide to us to:

(a)    provide the Services;

(b)    process your payment for such Services; and

(c)    email you with related services, this can be unsubscribed from.

You agree that we may pass your personal information to HM Revenue & Customs (“HMRC”) and any other parties we reasonably need to in order to provide the Services.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or we delay in doing so, that will not waive our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with these obligations.

These Terms are governed by English law. You and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
